Privacy policy

The short version

This site has no forms, no accounts and no ads. It only sets analytics cookies if you click Accept on the cookie banner. The only personal data I handle is what you choose to send me in a message.

Who is responsible

Kaizer is a one-person studio run by José, based in Brazil. For anything about your data, message me on X or Discord. The links are on the home page.

What this site collects

• Nothing through the page itself unless you accept analytics (see below). There are no forms, logins or ad pixels.
• The hosting provider may keep standard server logs (IP address, browser, date and the page requested) for security and to keep the site running. Those logs are handled under the provider’s own policy.
• Clicking “Copy Discord username” copies a username to your clipboard. Nothing is sent anywhere.

Cookies and analytics

If you click Accept on the banner, the site loads Google Analytics 4 (with IP anonymization) to count visits and see which parts of the page help, such as scroll depth and clicks on the contact buttons. Google Analytics sets its own cookies and handles that data under Google’s privacy policy. If you click Decline, or don’t choose, nothing loads. Your choice is saved in your own browser, and you can change it any time through “Cookie settings” at the bottom of the page.

When you message me

If you write to me on X or Discord, those platforms handle the message under their own privacy policies. I use what you send only to reply, understand your project and prepare a proposal. I don’t sell it, rent it or share it with anyone, and I don’t add you to any list.

How long I keep it

Project conversations stay for as long as we work together and for a reasonable time after, so I can support the site I built for you. Ask, and I’ll delete what I can delete on my side.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, laws such as Brazil’s LGPD, the EU and UK GDPR or US state privacy laws give you the right to know what I hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Send me a message and I’ll answer within 15 days.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be published on this page with a new date at the top.
